Fable is now slated for release in 2026, following a delay from its original 2025 target to allow the team more time for polish and refinement. The game will be available on Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC, launching day one on Xbox Game Pass as a first-party Xbox title. Set once again in the magical world of Albion, the reboot stays true to the series’ roots—blending fantasy, humor, and consequence-driven storytelling. This time, you’ll step into the boots of Humphry, a once-legendary hero forced out of retirement when a mysterious figure from his past emerges, threatening the fate of Albion itself.
